Shipping Policy

  • We offer Free shipping worldwide by air, typically via DHL or FedEx or UPS.
  • Once your order is placed, please allow 4 weeks for assembly depending on the doll and an additional 7-10 days for shipping time. All our Companion Dolls are hand made and thoroughly tested for quality before shipping.
  • When shipped, you will be provided with the DHL or Fedex or UPS tracking code. All packaging is discreet.
  • Each AI Robot Companion Doll is carefully packed in a discreet aviation shipping case or hard carton box.

Note* Clothes are not included. But the doll will come with a sexy underwear and accessories.

Payment Options

  • We accept payment by Paypal, Credit Cards (all major cards accepted) or bank wire transfer.
  • We also offer customers from USA payment plan to reduce upfront costs for our customers.
  • Major Cryptocurrencies are also accepted.

PayPal Claims

Your purchase is under the PayPal buyer protection and our warranty policy. Rather than using other low-cost 3rd party payment methods, we use PayPal as our primary payment method. As a consumer, if you find it could be a fraud, you can always claim with PayPal and get your money back. You can learn more from here. We do our business very honestly. If there is any problem with your order, we hope you can contact us first and give us a chance to provide help.


• All dolls comes with a one-year service warranty and lifetime limited warranty.
• Within one year from the date of purchase, if your doll has any quality issues, we will repair the doll for free, excluding the shipping cost. We will also cover all parts replacement costs.
• After one year of purchase, we will still repair it for free, but you are responsible for the shipping cost and parts replacement cost, if any.
• All AI dolls comes with lifetime free software upgrades.
• The warranty will be void if it’s an invalid claim.

For Accessories:
• All accessories sales are final due to the nature of our products.

Invalid Claims

RobotCompanion’s product warranty covers only those claims arising from damage sustained despite normal and safe use, and does not cover:
• Any malfunction or damage not resulting from workmanship.
• Damage resulting from general neglect, or unsafe use or misuse, whether cognizant or accidental.
• Damage resulting from natural causes including but not limited to lightning, flood, or other natural disasters.
• Theft or loss of the products.
• Damage caused by operating the device outside the permitted or intended use, or damage caused due to the negligence of instructions issued by RobotCompanion.
• Claims for non-defective products.


  • We take product quality extremely seriously, every doll is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving factory.

  • We do not offer refunds for any other reason other than a product damaged on arrival.

Order Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. After the 24 hour window order cancellation is not possible.
  • Order cancellations incur a $450 (processing and transaction fee.)
  • Please contact us with your order # for any cancellations or order inquiries.

International Orders:
Customs Taxes and Import Duties

  • Please note that orders to Countries outside of the USA may be subject to Import Duties, Taxes and Fees of that Country and you as the customer would be liable for any charges.
  • Note: For orders outside the United States, we are not able to provide assistance on taxes and duties charged by your country’s customs upon reception of the goods.
